How quickly do I get paid?
If you walk into the store, you're paid on the spot once we've completed a quick inspection. By post, we pay by bank transfer within 1 working day of your device arriving and passing inspection.
Can I sell a faulty or cracked phone?
Absolutely — choose the 'C' grade for a device with heavy wear or faults and we'll still agree a price with you. It's the easy way to recycle responsibly and still get paid.
What if my phone isn't worth anything?
We'll still take it for free and recycle it responsibly — great for the environment and your data is securely wiped first.
Do I need the original box or charger?
No — the price is based on the device itself. Boxes and accessories don't affect it, but please remove any SIM cards, cases and screen protectors before sending it in.
How do you keep my data safe?
We factory-reset and data-wipe every device we receive as standard. We also recommend you sign out of iCloud/Google and remove your SIM before handing it over.
How is the price agreed?
Our team reviews the details you submit, then contacts you to agree a price. The agreed price is confirmed after a quick inspection and only changes if the device doesn't match the condition you described.
