About us
A local shop thatputs people first
Go Phone is your independent mobile phone specialist in Minehead. We buy, sell, trade and repair — with honest advice, fair prices, and no pushy sales talk.
How we got here
We started with a simple frustration: buying or fixing a phone shouldn't feel like a rip-off. Big networks lock you into contracts, online marketplaces are a gamble, and repairs often cost more than they should.
So we opened a proper local shop — one where you can walk in, ask questions, see the device in your hand before you buy, watch your repair get done, and get a fair cash price for your old phone, all under one roof.
Every device we sell is professionally checked, cleaned, data-wiped and backed by our extended warranty. Every repair comes with a 90-day guarantee. And every customer gets advice we'd give our own family.
