1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Go Phone website and any purchase, trade-in or repair arranged through it or at our store at 1C The Avenue, Minehead, TA24 5NN. By placing an order or booking a service you agree to these terms.
2. Products and pricing
We sell new and refurbished devices. Refurbished devices are graded honestly (A, B or C) with any cosmetic marks described on the product page. Prices include VAT where applicable and may change at any time, but the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.
Images are for illustration; minor variations in colour/shade can occur. Stock is limited and subject to availability — if an item sells out after you order, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed by text/email once payment is arranged. For delivery orders we aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Collection orders are usually ready within 2 hours during opening times and held for 14 days.
4. Trade-ins
Online trade-in quotes are valid for 14 days and are based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed after we inspect the device; if its condition differs materially from your description we may revise the offer — you're free to decline and have your device returned. You must be the legal owner of any device you sell us and it must not be reported lost or stolen, or subject to any network bar.
5. Repairs
Repair estimates are confirmed after free diagnostics and no work starts without your agreement. Repairs carry our standard warranty as set out in the Warranty Policy. Devices not collected within 90 days of completion may be disposed of to recover costs after reasonable attempts to contact you.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss — please back up your devices before any trade-in or repair.
